Hazardous Materials Awareness Week
January 22-28, 2012
On January 4, 2012, Governor Rick Scott proclaimed January 22-28, 2012 to be Hazardous Materials Awareness Week. A similar Proclamation was enacted by the State Emergency Response Commission on October 7, 2011. In conjunction with these Proclamations, it was determined that this year’s educational theme would be "Mercury Awareness & Dangers."
