![]() Scott Polikov, AICP, CNU "The key to harnessing sustainable growth is integrating urban design back into master plans, local land development codes and restrictive covenants, as well as linking land use with a systematic regional mix of roads and rail transit. These approaches have earned Scott and his colleagues the Texas American Planning Association awards for Best Current Planning and Best Project Plan." *The cost of this event is $45.00.
