DIRECTIONS TO THE TAMPA BAY REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL

The Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council is located at 4000 Gateway Centre Blvd., Suite 100 in Pinellas Park. Our offices are centrally located within the 4-county Tampa Bay region, and are conveniently accessible from major traffic arteries I-275, US 19, and Gandy/Park Boulevard.

From I-275 / downtown tampa / Tampa Int'l Airport

  • Take I-275 South (follow signs for St. Petersburg) across the Howard Frankland Bridge.
  • Take Exit # 28 (Pinellas Park/State Hwy. 694/Gandy Blvd.) west, towards Pinellas Park. Stay to the right off the exit ramp.
  • Turn right at the first traffic light ~ Grand Ave.
  • Turn left at the first stop sign ~ Gateway Parkway
  • Turn left at the first opportunity ~ Gateway Centre Blvd.
  • Turn left at 40th Street. The first right is the TBRPC parking lot.

From I-275 / downtown st. pete / bradenton / sarasota

  • From Bradenton/Sarasota (I-75 going north), take I-275 North (follow signs for St. Petersburg) across the Sunshine Skyway.
  • Take Exit #28 (Pinellas Park/State Hwy. 694/Gandy Blvd.) west, towards Pinellas Park. Turn left at the light off the exit ramp, then make your way to the right lane.
  • Turn right at the first traffic light ~ Grand Ave.
  • Turn left at the first stop sign ~ Gateway Parkway
  • Turn left at the first opportunity ~ Gateway Centre Blvd.
  • Turn left at 40th Street. The first right is the TBRPC parking lot.

From US 19 / clearwater / new port richey

  • Headed south on US 19, go past the 49th Street exit and straight through the light at Mainlands Blvd.
  • Approx. 0.3 miles past Mainlands Blvd. turn left (east) onto Gateway Centre Blvd.
  • Turn right onto 40th Street. The building is on the right-hand side at this corner.

 

From US 19 (34th st) / st. petersburg

  • Headed north on US 19 (34th St), go straight through Gandy/Park Blvd. interchange.
  • Turn right (east) onto Gateway Centre Blvd., which is past the Super Wal-Mart and just past the Toyota dealership.
  • Turn right onto 40th Street. The building is on the right-hand side at this corner.

 

From Gandy Blvd. / South tampa / macdill afb

  • Take Gandy Blvd. (Gandy Bridge) west across the bay.
  • Go past the I-275 interchange and turn right at the first traffic light ~ Grand Ave.
  • Turn left at the first stop sign ~ Gateway Parkway
  • Turn left at the first opportunity ~ Gateway Centre Blvd.
  • Turn left at 40th Street. The first right is the TBRPC parking lot.
